Where do Annie Armstrong Donations Go?

In Part 2 we discussed NAMB’s crazy housing scheme that plans to spend $62,000,000 on buying houses for church planters and spend an estimated $850K a year in property taxes to help less than 15% of the current churches we plant every year.

 

If we are going to commit that much money to help so few, shouldn’t we make sure that it is run appropriately?

 

Below is a list of the properties, prices, taxes paid, and who they are supposedly connected to where we were able to find out. Several things to note as you read through this list.
How many of the properties are not in Send Cities, but are connected to SBC leaders or mega church pastors.

 

How many of the homes in Chicago were sold soon after information started to come out about James MacDonald. According to sources, James MacDonald’s Harvest Bible and Vertical Church Network were the only ones allowed to use the properties until we made that public.
How many of the homes are almost half a million dollars or more. For some regions that makes sense for average home price, but two $400K plus homes are Georgia, one in Atlanta and one in Alpharetta.

 

We have removed the house numbers for most of the homes on this list (but may change that), although you can see them in the documents that are linked. We can provide a full list with house numbers upon request. We do encourage you to contact the SBC and NAMB about these properties, as well as the others they have purchased, instead of the people living in these homes. Most of them are church planters and had no say in in what home was purchased… except for a few.

We will continue to add more links to the documents and add more houses.

    What is the source of this information? There are so many numbers and addresses and alleged links to pastors, with sinful allegations attached. I’m going to need citations of information to be able to take this information as true. If true, then NAMB should be completely gutted and replaced with completely new leadership, just like they do when they replant a church because what is currently in place isn’t working. This list is horrifying if the implications are true.

      The information is available from SBC annuals, the addresses are from public records and many of them are linked.

    Why is the NAMB paying taxes at all? They should have a 501c3 status.
